Lifting Spirits in Autumn – Winter

As the nights draw in and the day light hours become less in number, some of us may feel a darkness or depression moving in. I always find it useful to reflect on the positive messages and insights nature provides us with as the seasons change, and over the years, Autumn moving through to winter has become one of my favourite times of the year.
